Welcome to the Barnyard Buddies Livestock Auction!
This exciting event is part of the Oregon Family Farm Expo, offering a unique opportunity for farmers, breeders, and livestock enthusiasts to buy and sell a variety of animals. Join us for a day of fun, community, and farm-fresh excitement!
Guidelines
Sellers are required to drop off their livestock by 10:30 AM on the day of the event. Please ensure your animals are in good health and have all necessary documentation.
Health and Care
Sellers are responsible for the health and care of their animals throughout the auction. Ample food and water and adequate containment must be provided.
Registration
To participate as a seller, please register by emailing us at eventsteam@roobeez.com. Include your name, contact information, and details about the livestock you intend to auction.
Rules
All animals must be healthy and appropriately cared for. The auction committee reserves the right to refuse any animals that do not meet our health and welfare standards.
Proceeds
Sellers can collect proceeds or retrieve unsold animals at 6:00 PM. Please ensure you are present to handle any transactions or pickups.
Non-Local Sellers
If you are a non-local seller and cannot bring your livestock to the event in person, you can still participate in the auction by providing us with detailed information about your animals. To participate, you must be NPIP-certified and willing to ship or otherwise coordinate delivery.
Information Required
Please email eventsteam@roobeez.com with the following information for each animal you wish to auction:
Clear photos of the animal.
Description including breed, age, gender, and any other relevant details.
Health records and certifications.
Starting bid price.
Your contact information for potential buyers.
Logistics
We will coordinate with you to ensure your animals are represented accurately at the auction. Upon sale, you will be notified of the auction winner and be able to coordinate shipping or pickup details with them directly.
