How to Apply!

Interested vendors can apply for the Community Premier Vendor Program by contacting the Roobeez team at eventsteam@roobeez.com and providing the following information

  • Business Profile: Briefly describe your business, including your products or services, target audience, and any unique selling points.

  • Previous Event Experience: Outline your experience participating in similar expos or events, highlighting any notable achievements or successes

Applications will be reviewed by our selection committee, and successful applicants will be notified of their acceptance into the program. 

Upon acceptance, payment must be submitted within 2 business days, or the spot may be forfeited and offered to the next accepted applicant. Payment instructions will be sent with the acceptance notification.
