This Seller Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the farm vendors ("Vendors") and Roobeez Marketplace ("Roobeez") to establish the responsibilities, best practices, and ethical standards for conducting transactions and caring for livestock on the Roobeez Marketplace platform.

Responsibilities of Vendors

• Vendors shall ensure that all livestock listed for sale on the Roobeez Marketplace are healthy, properly cared for, and meet all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

• Vendors shall provide accurate and detailed information about the livestock, including breed, age, health history, and any relevant certifications or documentation.

• Vendors shall promptly respond to customer inquiries and provide necessary assistance throughout the transaction process.

• Vendors shall package and ship the livestock securely and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

• Vendors shall comply with all ethical standards and best practices for the treatment and care of livestock, including providing appropriate housing, nutrition, and veterinary care..

Dispute Resolution

• In the event of a dispute between a Vendor and a customer, both parties shall make reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute amicably through communication and negotiation.

• If a resolution cannot be reached, either party may request mediation or arbitration to resolve the dispute. Both parties agree to participate in good faith in any mediation or arbitration process facilitated by Roobeez or a third-party mediator.

• The decision reached through mediation or arbitration shall be final and binding on both parties.

Transaction Responsibility

• Vendors acknowledge that transactions conducted on the Roobeez Marketplace are their sole responsibility. Roobeez acts as a platform to facilitate transactions and does not represent or endorse the goods or services offered by Vendors.

• Vendors shall ensure the accuracy of their listings, including product descriptions, pricing, and availability.

• Vendors shall fulfill orders promptly and accurately, and provide customers with updates on the status of their orders.

• Vendors shall handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner..

Enforcement and Termination

• Roobeez reserves the right to enforce and terminate Vendors who violate the policies, ethical standards, or fail to meet their responsibilities outlined in this Agreement.

• Roobeez may conduct periodic reviews of Vendors' listings, customer feedback, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations to ensure the integrity of the marketplace.

• Vendors offering food products for sampling or sale must adhere to all health and safety regulations.
